Need advide on access through courts?

What happens I am so confused, I want to go through courts with my ex but will I have a worst deal.

If he works shifts and nights do I have to fit around him or would it be up to him to sort out his shifyts around me?? I work in the week so would only want him to have baby Thur Fri or Sat nights?

You should try to sort this out between you rather than going to court. You need to compromise rather than expecting him to fit around you.

If this goes to court it is unlikely they will tell him to change his shift pattern to fit in with you, which would essentially leave the amount of contact he gets at the whim of his employer.

So I have to change my babies creche to fit around his shift and then if he doesnt turn up I am totally stuck?

No, arrange the creche around your working hours. If he needs a creche when he has the baby that's up to him to sort out

He asks to have the baby on a day I am working last time I cancelled the creche then he let me down said he was ill but really was out all weekend with his new gf
