My nearly neighbours have constructed a bungalow in their back garden. They used to be travellers and now have a block paving business. They built it themsleves in a pretty short time from start to finish. They also made a deal to section off bottom part of another neighbours garden, adjacent to this new house (she is in social housing) and clear/returf it for their kids to use. Is it likely they would have got planning permission for this building?

What relevance is their background? But no not likely, if they have you can view this on planning part of your local authority website so you can check pretty easily

Background is relevant because they are building for extended family who have also stopped travelling and become settled. This is the second dwelling they have built in their garden. They drive me nuts. Their kids are always running around the street shouting and swearing. They have dogs which seem to bark non stop and shit all over the street. Adults constantly yelling and shouting. Summer is a nightmare as they are always out in garden shouting and swearing. Likely to get worse as more family are now moving in.
