Husband wont go

my husband had an affair we tried to work it out he now says he needs space to sort out what he wants,he wont go until after christmas! i packed his bag telling him to go now he says no he will go when he is ready.
Can i make him leave? Can i change locks?

You should get on with issuing your petition. Often I find that the most intractable of husbands, on receiving the petition, decide that they're fighting a losing battle and start looking for a rental.

Your dh has already said, however, that he'll go after Christmas, so all you can really do, as well as isssuing your petition, is put the pressure on him to find a rental asap.
