ExH solicitor not responding - final hearing coming up

Hello, I'm getting very concerned about my upcoming final hearing next month & acting as LIP. My ExH is the applicant in the action and is very obstructive. I'm worried as many documents haven't been served on me (ie: requests for additional docs for his Form E, deficiencies in his Form E, S25 MCA etc). I have requested these and received no response what so ever. How on earth can I do anything if he refuses to provide documentation? I have compiled with court directions and served all docs within time frame. Is there anything I can do? Many thanks in advance.

I have been acting as LIP too as my exh keeps taking me back and forth to court. I would write to the judge who has been dealing with your case to be honest. When you send anything to your ex's sol do you make sure it is always sent recorded/signed for?

Hi catherinea1971, thanks for replying. I've delivered 3 letters by hand and had them signed for by a receptionist, and two by normal post. I presume that his solicitors have been instructed not to respond, but your advice to write to the judge is something I'll do - just hope he reads it! As it is a final hearing I don't know which judge will hear it. I was planning to file an impact statement at court so can include the fact that I have received no documentation from ExH. He's done this all the way through. So frustrating when I've complied and he has got away with it so far Angry. Thanks again!!
