Hello - could someone tell me at what age liability to pay maintenance stops for CSA purposes? Is it 19 if the child is in full time education?

It is 19 if the child is in full time education up to A Level or equivalent. If the child is not in full time education liability stops at 16.

It stops when child benefit stops.

It is 16 if the child leaves education then.

It is the September after the child turns 18, if they go onto Alevels or a 2 yr college course.

It is their 19th birthday (payments would stop around a month after) if they continue or go back into non advance full time education.
