Spousal maintenance ex hasn't paid help

Ex has been made redundant had 70k payout he has only payed me £5.00 for a month 2 kids, he has been on holiday twice in September then he also hasn't paid my Spousal maintenance where do I stand what do I do, I stand to lose my home I can't pay my bills help!!

Sorry the £5.00 was payed through the CSA I have had several head banging moments with CSA they don't give a fck!

You could apply to the court under schedule 1 of the children act for a lump sum order. The CSA will ascribe to him a notional income for the capital that he has. Otherwise, maintenance is meant to be paid out of income, not capital. Sorry.

Hi I went to appeal and I lost as ex got £75k but after tax and NI he got £59k so I was still Nil assessed.

Anyway he got a new job November and at the end of this month I should start receiving csa it took the csa 4 months to assess and I had to hire a private investigator to find out where he was working and then once I had given info to csa they dragged their feet to I had to get my local mp involved and then it took them 3 weeks to sort.
