my @@@ of an ex took me through family courts for years and final decision was he was not allowed access to DD. This was July 2010
Just received letter from his solicitor saying he is going to take back to court.
ex does not work so claiming benefits
will he be entitled to legal aid again for the cost of court, lawyers etc?
