BT crap fault fixing

Bloody BT! They were up the telegraph pole outside our house on Saturday "fixing" something. Needless to say, we noticed we had neither phone, nor internet, as soon as they'd left. (it had been fine before).

It took them until Wednesday evening to fix the fault, despite my ringing up on the Monday asking if they could expedite it as we were running a business. It has cost us at least £80 in DH's additional travelling costs to his client's site. They have offered £10.

I wouldn't be so hopping if they had made any effort to solve the problem THEY CAUSED in a timely manner.

Shall I write to them? Saying what? To whom? Or shall I let it go?
