Liquidation - means what in this case?

Hi can anyone advise me please? We have ongoing ASB issues with property opposite managed by Ventra 24 Limited. Now I see that they are being 'liquidated'. What does this mean, and what does type of liquidation 'Creditors' mean? And how can i find out who the property is being passed on to? Do we ask the liquidators at MacIntyre Hudson LLP? Many thanks for any info.

The property will be seized as an asset by the liquidators and sold to raise money for the creditors (people the company owe money to). If the company owe you money, contact the liquidators. Unless you have a financial interest, and can prove it, they're not obliged to tell you anything at all. If you wanted to know who they'd sold the property to you might end up having to do a Land Registry search.

Find out who owns the property, the fact that the managing agent has gone bust is of no interest to you as they don't (I presume) owe you any money.

No it won't - this is only the managing agent
