Divorce help please.

I've just recieved my decree nisi. But there is no mention of the arrangements for the children. It says in the leaflet included that I should have a form D84B saying that the judge decided that the arrangements in place are ok.

When will I get this?

Yeah everything is fine and settled with the children. I just got the decree nisi in the envelope.

Every court I've ever dealt with (and that's a lot) have sent the S41 notice (re children) at the same time as the decree nisi.

They've just forgotten to put it in the envelope by the sound of it.

Agreed too. No need to lose sleep about it. It's not essential.
