Anyone knows about latest update about DePuy Hip Lawsuits

I heard that they deduct shareholders profit.. is it right or just rumor?

Yup i also heard same news from different sources that Depuy deduct share holders profit share.

I'm not sure how this would affect claims against them. My firm deals with a lot of the DePuy claims. If you have any specific questions I'll try and get them answered (not my department).
