Help with how to handle exh lying and his solicitor

Help please,

I'm self repping in a long and bitter (the best kind right?) residency battle.

We're currently drafting a court order and my exh sol is downright lying about the agreements we reached in court he is going back on everything. In court Judge seemed pretty much to be taking everything she says as gospel despite there being huge holes in their stories which keep changing....

Any advice on how to handle the solicitor please?

Bullet point the inconsistencies and evidence them (backing up with witnesses and documents). Where are the original agreements documented? You must be able to refer to them.

hmmm, this was agreements made prior going in to see The Judge at our last hearing. It's her word against mine and basically what's happened in my lying exh has changed his mind is reneging (sp sorry!) on the agreements and she is doing exactly what he pays her for.

She and I had the discussions verbally we both claim our notes are accurate (I KNOW mine are)

Oh and the f*ckers have delayed this draft by over a month in a bid to change the things they dont like

Take up recording the conversations? Or maybe follow up each and every meeting with an email summarising the points. Then, at least you have a contemporus record of events.

Difficult then if it is your word against hers.

Can you tape record everything in future?

Thanks, much appreciated I've already decided I'll inform him I will be recording all conversations in future so it's good to have that idea verified as well.

If the solicitor refuses to be recorded, make bullet point notes of the agreed actions at the end of each meeting and get the solicitor to sign it there and then.

Not sure they can refuse, I think I just have to inform them that I'm doing it? I've added it into the email I'm sending disputing the points. Just trying to pluck up the courage to send it now as I suspect I'm about to buy a shitstorm with this.

I've sent the email detailing the points again now but I have no idea what my next steps should be.
