Consent order court fee - £45 or £210?

We've been waiting for the new forms to file divorce papers in an amicable divorce. In the meantime I've just been doing some reading around the process for developing and filing a consent order and am a bit confused about the costs.

Some websites talk about the court fee being £45 and some mention £210. Can someone clarify this for me? I know that solicitor fees vary but I thought that the court fee would be a standard amount.

NB Aside from the consent order, we're planning to do everything else ourselves to save money. It's a straightforward split where we're agreed on all financial and childcare issues and any assets / debts are in sole names and will stay that way.

Thanks!

Aha - the updated official forms and guidance seem to be on the courts website now and I may have just found the answer.

I think that £230 is for applying for a court order where there is no consent order and £45 is the normal application to file an actual consent order?

Correct. £45 to file a consent order.
