Car accident claim

I am currently being treated for ptsd which i have suffered with for many years.
I did settle my car accident claim about 5 years ago and did not claim for anything other than physical pain.
It just makes me cross as at the time i was denying i had suffered mentally as i had the 'im ok' frame of mind when infact I was not, i was trying to block it.
PTSD does not come out until years later, does anyone know if you can do anything on this even though a claim has been settled?

When I last made a claim after a coca cola lorry tried to kill me, I accepted a payout as full and final settlement. I waited 2 or so years to see how my neck injury would pan out so didn't rush through with it. I'm guessing the 'full and final' bit is what it says on the tin?? Would the CAB be able to give you advice. If you still have the same insurance company (or even not) surely their legal department would be able to advise you.

If it's settled, it's settled I think.

You have somethign like 3 years to lodge a medical based claim, so think you are out of time now.

I keep getting phone calls from accident claim companies asking if I had a injury in the last 5 years.

Phone one of them up, there are hundreds of them advertising everywhere
