Hello, Wondered if anyone has advice on challenging a bus lane penalty charge? I have found plenty on the web about saying there is incorrect signage etc but my question is: If I swerve into the bus lane to avoid oncoming traffic does this mean I have to pay it or not? Any advice would be gratefully received!
