Experiences of contact order enforcement

Anyone had any experience of varying their contact order to attach an enforcement to it?

This would be due to non-resident parent consistently returning the dc very late after contact.

Just the process and costs if self representing

TIA

How late? Does order state time to be returned?

There is an expectation of some flexibility

1-5 hours???

Must be back 5pm on a Sunday, police collected them at 10.30pm, then more recently 8.15pm. No contact to even let friend know where her dc were and when they would be back.....

Think it needs to go back to court.

Also, could it be arranged that friend collects, then she gets them back on time and keeps some control

Not really he takes them to various clubs and pubs.....you know nice family friendly environments Hmm

It seems to be fairly straight forward, apply to vary order and then ask court to but enforcement on it. All those non-residents parents who would give their right arm to have lots of easy going contact and then you get idiots like this who just use it to try and hurt/control their exes and don't care that they're destroying their kids in the process Angry
