Started a business partnership with a friend - in premises she owns. Partnership has ended badly and she holds all the stock and furniture that was brought together. She has refused to give me a reasonable financial settlement - can I go to the property and remove stock and furniture that I brought and have receipts for? Stupidly there is no written partnership agreement.
