I am in the process of becoming a foster carer. Suddenly the social worker has announced my ex husband has the right to refuse consent due to me having his daughter living with me. My ex will do anything to mess with me. I have tried discussing the situation and have put his mind at rest. He has again decided not to consent. Is there anything I can do? It's so frustrating. I can't have anymore children so fostering was a great alternative for me.
