Who do you think is breaching your privacy? In what way?

Its long and complicated, cant really focus on explanation due to ds.

Are you a solicitor/lawyer?

Would like to know if there are any organisations or legal firms etc that can offer representation to someone with no or very little funds available.

ph47, just seen another post you have commented on.
I would like to msg you details of my situation if you have time and or are happy to help?
I will say in advance its long! I have so far issued a county court claim form myself but havent served it yet. I am getting lost in it all as have no legal training and small child keeping me busy.
I completly understand/respect if you you cant help.

Thankyou, have contacted them and have a case number, also got contact details for Information commission who have also being helpful.

TBH im abit overwhelmed with my situation.
I desperately would like someone with a bit of legal know-how to read through everything that has happened to me and offer there opinion and next course of action.

PH47, apologies I didn?t directly answer your questions or do my research as to your great responses to peoples legal queries. I was typing with one hand this morning.
It?s difficult to explain over the phone or on a thread as so much has happened and is still happening. I also think it?s a bit unbelievable. Maybe im wrong and everything that has happened is legal, incredibly unjust but legal. Im not to good at sounding desperate but I really am! My situation relates to maternity care, data protection act, child protection, disability discrimination and human rights.

Again, I understand if nobody can help as it is a lot to ask, but thought I would give it a go.
