Any one who is having experiences with company WORLDWIDE MARKETING SOLUTION???
they seems very dodgy to me. I took their offer in august (google advertising), at first I said that I want only i month trial and if I be happy I will let them know and take this advertising for longer. Their customer service is awful. They continued with advertising since august, even I tried to call and sent them emai, no respond.Till I went to the bank last week, canceld my card and got new one. ( so they be no able take no more payment from my account)
Today I got call from Simon, from World marketing solution saying that what ever trems and condition 30 days....bla bla, he will give me little discount, but I must pay by today with my card. I refused and said that my last payment I will make payment by cheque or they should send me bill and I will pay it in the bank/post office. And this guy is saying that if I don't pay by today over the phone with my card he will take me to court!!
Am not stupid, and I don't trust them any more and don't wanna pay over the phone with my card. What can I do?? he can't take me to court? I didn't refuse to make payment, I just wan to have different option to pay this bill, but not over the phone!
He said tha't he will call me later on today to take paymet.
HELP!!
What can I do???
