Please could anyone tell me how far back the csa will pursue payments?
My daughter 17 in ft and I get £15 a week voluntarily and have done forever but I dont think it is enough and he refuses to up it any.

I'm afraid they won't go back at all. They only collect maintenance from the time they contact your ex. As long as you give them contact details, that will be within 4 weeks of you applying to the CSA.
