My mums work keep ringing at ridiculous times (6.45am on saturday mornings) and continuously ringing, wanting cover for the nursing home. Are they allowed to do this?

I'm not sure, but get caller id installed on yer home phone so you/she can choose to ignore them?

She would be best off just telling them she doesn't want calling and/or won't be available for overtime or shifts on particular days.
