I had a notification of excess speed and sent off the forms admitting it. I then went on holiday out of the country for 3 weeks I have now returned home to find that I could have opted for a speed awareness course but the deadline has been and gone.
From the date of the letter it must have arrived just a few days after we left.
Can I appeal this ? I would have opted for this had I been able to .
I can prove I was away etc .
