It depends while you are overcrowded does not mean they will move you .as priority

For example I ended up in 3 bed house which is wheelchair adapted (which I do need hence why I took it
even though by their rules I was overcrowded (at that point I should by their rules be in 4bed

5 years on still here and kids older so in theory I need a 5 bed which they admit but it's only advisory not law
I have two over 16
Daughter 14
Son 11 who has sn
Plus me i sleep in lounge but as mine is open plan they don't count it as bedroom

One bedroom flat with 2 adults and 2 children age 5. Is this considered overcrowded?

Probably in theory but you wouldn't be a priority in a high demand area because you and your partner could (not saying you should!) sleep in the living room. A family of four living in a one room emergency bedsit for example, would come above you on the list.

Hi, We live in one bedroom for four kids ages from 10-3 wuith no help from Tower Hamlets council, I just saw "SW wrote a strong worded letter and we got priority, and a house within 10 days." what or who is SW so I can get them to right a letter for me too. Thanks Shazad
