Duxbury calculation

Just wondering whether anyone knows whether it is possible to get hold of the Duxbury calculation tables (or preferably an online calculator) online? Have Googled, without success. I know the issues with using the calculation but just wanted to have a quick look at it if possible.

Thanks very much for the replies. The marriage of a good friend is on the verge of breaking down and he is trying to think about what sort of financial settlement he should offer his W. I thought Duxbury might help his thinking (he is high net worth and she is SAHM with 3 DCs) but looks like he should just go and see a lawyer rather than try to DIY.

Under circs, he really need to see a lawyer as there are so many factors to take into account. It may well be a Duxbury case but he needs to look at all assets before deciding this.

Even if they reach an amicable agreement they need to ensure it is legally binding by way of a Consent order which should be drafted by an experienced family lawyer and ratified (approved) by the Court. That is the only way he can ensure everything is resolved in full and final settlement and he will not have the worry of her potentially coming back for more years down the line.

I'd recommend he instruct a lawyer who is a member of Resolution. (get him to have a google)

sorry couldn't find it and its actually bugging me where I left it now. Suspect it might be at other 'home' which is 3,000 miles away although not really sure why I'd have taken it there.
