Seem to remember that there is new legislation that acts as a guarantee for up to 2 years?
My 17 month old Macbook needs new keyboard, which is hardware, and even the people at Apple say it shouldn't happen so soon, but chargable as it's outside warranty.
Any ideas most welcome
