I am quite sure this title will mean a few tricky responses as obviously I don't want to convince dh of something he really doesn't want But l really want three children and would love to hear some of the sensible wonderful pros there are from you lovely ladies which I can hopefully use when we sit down to have the big debate! Any thoughts ! Thanks

Tell him you've gone off the idea, that might work!

Made me laugh thank you. Might also try suggesting I'd like four and see how that goes down! Sorry for being on the larger family thread realise probably the wrong place

My DH finally agreed to No. 3 when I had almost given up and settled for 2. It might concentrate the mind a bit if he thinks it's the last chance.

If he isn't up for it, ask him when he's going to get the snip. Might also concentrate the mind.

Move house and start a new life in a different part of the country (sorry that's a bit drastic, but that's also what happened when my DH agreed to number 3).
Tell him having 2 is a bit too sensible and boring

Rene - thank you so much - really helpful. We had the big heavy chat last night and sadly he is adamant due to financial reasons. I'm gutted, gutted gutted - hence at 3am I can't sleep. Anyway - have to get on with it - but thanks again for responding Rene!

I'm with you on this one...he's not budging. How are you finding things now? I'm like a broken record..
