In a couple of weeks I have to go to a school appeal. My 4th child was refused a place at the local primary school. He goes to the nursery at the school already. Although is 3 brothers go to the school already, as we are not Catholic we come way down the list of set criteria. 30 children have been accepted in reception. Has anyone successfully appealed to a reception class when reception yr 1 & yr 2 are already full up, with 30 in each . I know that is the legal maximum but surely if you are allowed to appeal there must be some way they can let more in. Any ideas would be welcome.
Thanks
