I used to have a fab system with a box for winter and a box for summer with the age written on the front. BUT I now have a tiddler who isn't growing as fast and is in some 3-4, some 4-5 and some 4 clothes and it's all gone to pot.
Anybody have a fab system I could steal please ?
And how do you stay on top of the laundry ????

I have just got all the baby girl stuff outta the loft where it's stored in vacuum packed storage bags.

All Dd1's clothes are there in bags labelled according to age waiting for the newbie to need them.

Ds1 passed his clothes onto ds2 and only one bag comes out at one time.
Twice a year I sort through their clothes decide what doesn't fit and pack the stuff that's reusable and store it.
Anything else goes to the charity shops.

Once this one arrives (and she is the last) I'll sell anything I can and charity shop the rest.

It's the only system that works for us.

I have an oddsock pile in the futility room that never gets below 9 socks, ever.

I wash everyday, bedding on Mondays. They wear as much clothing as they can the next day too. Still never get to the bottom of the pile though.

Actually what do you all do about ironing?

This is my biggest nightmare without a doubt grrr!

9?
Oh that my odd sock pile should ever get that low.

Ooh I'm doing well then it seems. I do try and fold them together when I pick them up off the floor.
Juuule you need your own whole other topic hehehe!

We have a system and it works well for 5 of us. But we do try to be less fussy about dirt and ironing, and it is a team effort!
