Family organiser

I’ve just found out I’m expecting baby #5 and am thinking about organisation long term. I currently use a family wall planner (which has 6 columns for each family member) which I update each week (along with planning the food for the week and doing the supermarket shop). However my children are all primary age and downwards so don’t have loads of clubs etc to keep track of yet. I keep seeing adverts for the skylight wall calendar which looks excellent but I wondered if anyone here had used it, or had any other good organisational tips for keeping track of things. I don’t want to rely on apps on my phone as I’d like my children (who don’t have phones yet) to be able to see what is going on each day too. Thanks!

I had 5 children, and I just used a big whiteboard fixed to the kitchen wall. I used permanent markers to make columns and then added in dry wipe notes for each child/ day.
