We have a 6 year old and 4 year old. Just found out expecting our 3rd child.

We have always been on the fence about a 3rd so I guess this answers it for us.

However we will need a bigger car kids going to need to share a bedroom. Anyone recommend a car that fits 3 car seats and anyone else's siblings share a room and it's been logistical?

I suppose in a nutshell I am freaking out a little bit now haha

I guess remember that billions have done it before you, so it's doable. Billions will do it after you.

I have 5, (23, 14, 13, 4 and 3) the cars we have had: Ford Galaxy and Volvo XC90, once you have 3 you may as well get a 7 seater in case you’re having friends over etc. Loved both as they have decent seats in the back.

We have 4 still at home and the youngest two BG share a room and will do until they are a bit bigger, then I don’t know what we will do! Possibly put the older girls together. Turn a downstairs room into a bedroom.

@BurningBenches thank you! I think a 7 seater is defo needed love the Volvo too I will have a look at those.

I think I need a serious declutter of my house before this next child comes haha

Peugeot 5008 is also a good one with three separate second row seats. Congrats on the baby news!

We have a Volkswagen sharan and it’s great. My older two shared a room initially (when 6 and 4, girl and boy) and it was fine. We ended up rejigging things and they now each have their own room. But my younger two (now 8 and 4, both boys) could share and always do on holidays etc. good luck. It is relentless and tiring and logistics make my head spin, but wouldn’t have it any other way.

I could have written this last year and now I have a 4, 2 and 6m and I love it. My older 2 share happily now (girl and boy) and eventually the younger 2 boys will share. We bought a second hand S max which I love. You'll be fine! Feel free to PM me if you have any questions.
