Is there any way to know whether it’s the right thing?
Definitely always wanted three and still feel the same with my two. I want another pregnancy, birth, newborn, a whole other child and person. None of those feelings have gone away. So it’s not just that I’m missing certain stages. I also have one of each so it’s not a sex/gender thing.
But so many people still say it’s not a good idea in practise. If we stay in our house then there will be some room sharing. Probably a new car. It’s affordable for us but obviously we’d have less money to go round generally.
Anything we’re not thinking of? Any other reasons why we shouldn’t? Apart from the environmental one as I see that on here all the time. I’m aware of it but don’t need it constantly stated.
Find out all about large family cars, holidays and more right here.

How do you know if three will be right for you?

Honestly, no way to know, but what you describe sounds about right. We had 2, always wanted 2 and knew someone was missing. No 3 came along and that was it. PITA re: cars, tickets, holidays, restaurants etc and naffing expensive now (Uni), but don't regret it for a second.

What do you mean by tickets?
