Pram for Volvo xc90

So I foolishly presumed my Bugaboo Cameleon would fit it in the boot of the our Volvo Xc90 with all the seats up (we just had baby number 5 so need all 7 in use). But It doesn’t 😔. Even with the wheels taken off the frame is about a cm too wide to shut the boot if placed on the floor, so it has to go on its side and the bassinet doesn’t fit on top.

so, wise mumsnetters with larger families. What pram would fit in the xc90 boot?

we love our bugaboo so will keep that for the house and walking out and about (we live 10 minutes walk from town so do that a lot), but will need a pram in the car that folds up quite small.

FYI - I will be picking one up second hand and won’t have more than about £100 to spend as I hadn’t budgeted for a new pram.

I had a Jane trider (loved the lie flat car seat), it was pretty big and sturdy (live on a farm so needed something indestructible) and that fit in my xc90 with the seats up - older style xc90 not sore about the new model!

@Matilda1981 thank you, we have a 2011 one so still the old model. Looking at it that might well work as it’s only 30cm deep when folded and I think there’s about 45cm to play with (the boot is 50cm deep but the seats slant back).

I had a babyjogger city mini GT in mine with/without the bassinet, which also collapses. I also had the baby jogger city mini double two when my 4th and 5th were smaller which also fits in the boot with all seats up.
