I haven't got three children yet but just thinking hypothetically.
If you have three children and go on holiday what do you do? Two separate rooms in a hotel? Always use villas? Or something else?

We have three children and always have a one or two bedroom apartment. It's really a non issue. We go to Greek islands and Cyprus usually and have no probs finding accommodation.

Varied year on year.
When they were little, it would generally be a caravan, so sort out when got there and they'd often move around on different nights.
Then we used to go to cottages, and again, sometimes all in together, occasionally we'd get somewhere with 3 rooms.
By the time we started going abroad, the dc generally shared and dh and I had a different room.
You then get to the stage where one or another of them doesn't come for one reason or another.
