Bedtime routine for 3 - where do I start?

Hey, hoping for some ideas of a bedtime routine that I can implement with a 5 year old, 3 year old and a newborn. My DH works shifts and I don't know how to go about implementing a routine for all 3 when he's working evenings. Prior to the newborn I used to do tea around 5/5:30. Then TV and bath around 6:15 ish, story then bed for around 7. Over the last few months I did start cutting the daily bath out to once every other night just to make things easier when I was heavily pregnant (but I did find doing a daily bath with a baby helpful in settling them down for the night..)So I need some ideas of how to now get my newborn into a little bedtime routine that I can cope with on my own ( when DH is working)...I am well aware that she's still v young for a strict routine as such but just trying to figure out how and when I can fit in some sort of routine..will she be ok if we don't always do a nightly bath?? Do I try put all 3 to bed at 7, or the newborn first?? Please share your routines. Thank you 😊

When DS3 was newborn, DS1 was 5 years 6 months and DS2 was 2 years 10 months so similar ages to you. My routine was tea about 5:30 then clear up and then cbeebees bedtime story and in the night garden all cuddled up with milk. Then all upstairs at 7 and baby in rocker chair while I'd run the bath and get all pjs out. Then the biggest could climb into the bath himself and I'd lift the middle sized one in. They had half the bath space and babies bath seat took up the other half. Then I'd get baby in, wash him and then back out wrap in towel and then dress him and back in rocker chair. While I dried and dressed middle and oldest did himself. Then all of the teeth! Then three stories for the big boys with us all in middles bed while I fed the baby. Then oldest back to his own bed and then sleeping baby was put in his cot.
That's probably more detail than you wanted but never mind. Hope it's going well for you x
