Don’t know why I’m freaking out!!

I’m not sure why - whether because we’ve had unprotected sex the past 2 days and I’m in my fertile period and there’s no going back if it does happen or what. But I’m just freaking out a bit about going from 1 to 2 children. Our little boy is 2 in 3 weeks, so it would be a lovely age gap. Everyone I talk to says it’s much easier going from 1 to 2 than it was going from having none to 1! I know it’ll be difficult at times I’m expecting that, but will it also be the best thing we’ve ever done? I think I’m having a wobble 😥

I have two girls with a 15 month gap. The first year was SO hard. They are now 2 and 3 and are so lovely together!

One to two was SO MUCH easier for me than 0-1.

Don't panic! It's lovely to see the sibling bond flourish.

0-1 was definitely the hardest transition for me. The years until the older ones are in preschool/ school are tough - physically and financially. I am lucky in that they have a great sibling relationship and I will really miss seeing them altogether when the eldest is off to uni.
