Tips for arrival of baby no.3

Even though I should probably know the drill by now, I just wondered if there were any tips for arrival of baby no. 3?

Baby due early June.

DC1 is in reception, DC2 is in nursery 2 days a week.

I'm slightly dreading the summer holidays and the thought of a 2 month old, a 3 year old and 5 year old with me 4-5 days a week. (I think we'll probably send DC1 and 2 to holiday club 2-3 times a week).

Thanks in advance!

If you don’t already, have a changing mat and stash of nappies upstairs and another downstairs. We kept the downstairs mat under the sofa.
Try to get your older two as independent as reasonably possible for their age. Dressing themselves including shoes and socks, brushing teeth, wiping after potty and washing hands and buckling their own car seats properly are a few things we tackled first. Also, teach them how to play on their own.
