My DP and I are thinking about having a 3rd baby next year. We currently have a 3yr old and 4yr old. Both of our children are quite 'spirited', meaning they are both very opinionated, like to do things their way and can be fairly demanding. They both have big personalities.
My main concern is whether I'll be biting off more than I can chew with another one. Are my 2 likely to calm down with age, seeing as they're both still quite young?
Whenever I see families with 3 or more children, the children always seem more compliant, passive and obedient than mine! I wonder if this will happen naturally as they'll have to learn that life isn't always about them. The alternative being that I'll end up rocking myself in a corner somewhere 😆
In an ideal world I'd have 4 children, as I adore having them. But I'll see how 3 goes before committing any further...
Anyone that has a few children with strong personalities, feel free to share your experience. I'd love to hear them.
