I'm on baby number 6 I'm 37 weeks and 2 days it's been 9 years since my last Labour and was wondering if there's anyone out there thats had Labour/baby number 6 and how was it 🤔 ....xxx

Congratulations! Not baby number 6 but I did have baby number 5 9 years after my previous one. This was my first baby to be born on time (exactly on due date!) all the others were 2 weeks late. The Labour felt really different, i think it's because the others were all back to back and this one felt like bad wind for a long time. Eventually dh said that the bouts of wind pain were being very regular and maybe we should go to the hospital 😂. I was still sure I'd get there and they'd say I wasn't in Labour but actually I was 5cm. I was determined to have an epidural as it had worked well before but that had been an induction. It definitely prolonged it and ended up being quite a long drawn out Labour which I don't think would have happened if I had kept moving as the first part had gone well when I had been standing and on birthing ball. Other than that the birth was fine and having a new little one in the house has been amazing and the other kids adore him.

Thanks for your reply im actually 38 +5 days this morning and am being induced at 8am i had sex last night about 1am was leaking slightly confusing st first not sure if it was from sex, urine or leaking waters as on my 3rd baby my back waters went but were on leaking after sex but was confirmed after visiting hospital as I'm going in to hospital in a few hours I'm thinking of just saying when I get to hospital they'll check n if so I'll guess I'll have the drip Instead of propess pessary to get labour started update you tomorrow
