Anyone else's children don't look alike?!

On Instagram all I see are family's that look like clones of each other but my 2 just seem so different!
I just don't see them in each other.. has anyone else had this? Would love to see yours if they look different

I have many many dc. Only 1 looks like me. All the rest look variables of each other.

I think my kids look very distinct from each other but everyone else comments on how alike they look.

Yep. I have one with bright red hair, green eyes, invisible eyebrows and sandy lashes, and one with dark brown/ nearly black hair, brown eyes, and thick, dark brows and lashes. I often get asked if they have the same dad (they do!)

I have 1 with red hair! No idea where it came from!!

Mine don't look the same, completely different face shapes and hair colour.

My three look nothing like each other. Number one looks a bit like my side. The second is the spit of his dad and no similarity to his brothers. The third vaguely resembles the first but looks less like him as he grows.

Yes mine are completely different brown hair brown eyes and one with blonde hair blue eyes both girls not even two year difference but don't look anything like sisters but both have the same dad

My son looks like my brother and my daughter looks like her Dad's sister. They look nothing like us or each other .

My elder 3 don’t look alike at all. Ds looks like his dad, dd1 looks like me, dd2 looks like dh (elder 2 dc are from a previous relationship) so none of them look similar at all. But dd3 came along and is a complete clone of dd2 apart from the hair colour - one is a redhead, one is blonde. I have put pictures of them side by side at the same age and even family struggled to tell them apart!

I have 4 eldest has dark brown hair, hazel eyes, olive skin tone tans well, ds2 has auburn hair, brown eyes fair skin freckles,dtd blond hair blue eyes. Everyone looks different same nose though. Mine luckily 😂

My three don’t look alike at all. I don’t think anyone would pick them as siblings. Different hair, different shaped faces, different body shapes. Completely different personalities. Makes for an interesting home life!

I had 8 dc with blue eyes. Then 1 with brown. It was very strange looking at a dc with brown eyes and seeing it as mine tbh!!

I have a large 6ft dark haired 13 year old boy with size 11 feet and a tiny 5ft 3 dress size 6 blonde 17 year old daughter.
They couldn’t be different in personality either

A friend has three, now grown up, children all spitting images of each other.

Two of the three now each have three children of their own, five of whom are almost spitting mages of one another, and of their parents when they were small.

The sixth (one of twins) looks entirely different - apparently just like his dad did as a child.

Mine aren't that alike. Both have blue eyes and white skin but one has thick curly pale hair and the other has fine super straight light brown hair. One is smaller build and the other is taller. You wouldn't know they were brothers.

DH has two brothers. All completely different in looks, colouring and large height differences.

Mine don't look anything like us at all but they take after different members of both our families. My dd looks like my sil as long as she doesn't turn out like her, I'll be happy

Sorry, my first post and thought that was kind of thing to say! Totally agree how weird it can look and I really didn't mean for it to come across like that

@Mamatomyboys I have been asked if my boys had different dads, if I am their nanny etc on several occasions the different dad question as they're totally unalike at first glance. But I can see similarities in their ears and just little bits. We now have a 7 month and she is a mix of both boys as she has else's head, forehead and face down to jaw. She has youngest eyes and dimples so she is the link between the boys 😂

I have 2 that look like me, and each other to the extent you would know they were siblings and two thatook exactly like their dad (same dad) and each other, but absolutely nothing like the other two. I also get asked if the one of the middle onee was the product of an affair! Even though he looks the most like his dad.
