Has anyone found a difference between English/Cafcass and Scottish child law please?
Making the move with a Child arrangement order of no direct contact and full custody but for future reference incase ex tries again we want to be fully prepared. Will also post in legal too, but found this group to be fab so thought I’d try and get some ideas from you too.
