Is one likely to get left out? I'm hoping we will treat them all the same. We will have a 4 year old girl, 2.5 year old boy and newborn girl. Anybody else have a similar combo and how do they all get on?

We've got similar age gaps: they're now 6 (girl), 4 (boy) and 18 months (girl). It's noisy!

They do things in different combinations and no-one seems to be left out so far. Sometimes the big two play together and the little one potters around, and sometimes the little two play together while the big one takes herself of to read. Biggest and smallest also play well together if the middle one is occupied with something else.

No, they don't get left out.
If anything, quite the opposite - if you are doing something 1:1 with one, then the other still has someone else to annoy play with.

When dc2 was born, dc1 was 5 and 3 months. Mine are adults now. Due to the time of year they were born, each of mine are 3 school yrs apart. Ours are boy, girl, girl.
