Hi there, I currently have 5 and am expecting my sixth child. At the moment I cope very well due to great families a good financial situation and a great partner but I’m worried that when no. 6 comes along it will all fall apartConfused it’s wierd considering I never had this worry with my other kids even when I found out we were having twins in last to pregnancy. Do you think I’m just be hormonal?

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I did notice that I feel more anxious with my periods 1-2 days before, but I don't want to minimize your anxiety. Do you have anyone to talk to about this?

Therapy really helped me.

Sounds like guilt. It works well because you have family members on hand. I susprect they don't want to keep helping you with YOUR children and you know it.

You can do it. I felt bad having a fourth because my family gave me so much help, but now with the pandemic i can't rely on them and I manage. I know that's not 6 but have faith in yourself. Having said that my standards have slipped dramatically. Your house might end up a disaster zone like mine but it'll be worth it. Good luck xxx
