Ok I have just found out I’m pregnant with number #4 test came back positive 4 days before my period was due!! The test was a 25mlu 😧 maybe twins šŸ˜
Anyway
I have a 6,3 and 20 months ago old,
I’m worried to tell my family as they said before it would be silly for me to have anymore child because my house isn’t bigger enough and my kids won’t get the Attention they need šŸ™„
Good story’s please!!
We wasn’t actively trying but I’m so happy šŸ˜€

Four is nice.
Always someone else to play with.
If you have 3 then there's always someone left out.

People always judge. But I have friends who got judged when they had their second child.

Make sure you find others with large families, there are loads of us around and we understand.
If I invite a family with four kids round for tea. That's just doubling our numbers. If we go to a family with one kid we totally overwhelm then.
(If we visit my friend with 8 kids they hardly even notice we are there!)

I remember when I found I was pregnant with my 3rd. Thinking oh my how am I going to tell people , how will i cope? And honestly it's fine. For me it's no harder than 3. You can easily spend time and appreciate each of them . I still do get comments from people who think I'm bonkers and ask how I manage. But you just do. People would judge you if you only have one. People judge for everything these days.
Having four is great !
Congratulations

Windyatthebeach · 14/04/2020 18:24

I’m watching this thread, if you don’t mind as we are discussing a 4th.

Oh and... CONGRATS Grin

sunshineandshowers21 · 14/04/2020 19:44

ah, congratulations! i’m pregnant with my 4th. my kids are 12, 6, and 18 months and i’m 27. my family thought i was crazy for having another but they soon came round to the idea. i also found going to 3-4 was easier than 2-3 - but maybe that’s because of the age gap between mine.

RandomMess · 14/04/2020 19:48

Number 4 just slotted in, forget we had her several times Blush

Windyatthebeach · 14/04/2020 20:12

I love this @RandomMess

Makes me actually want a 4th harder 🤣

RandomMess · 14/04/2020 21:49

I remember hearing some front crying and wondering what it was!!! She just sat and watched life going on around her.

Once she walked at 18 months she got more demanding šŸ˜‚

flippefloppe · 14/04/2020 21:53

CONGRATULATIONS!
We have 4DC, and honestly, it's wonderful. They are closer in age than yours will be but there isn't much in it.

They are all lovely kids who share, take care and look after each other. Lockdown is actually pleasant because they are having a blast!

It's honestly great fun having a little tribe behind you!

Windyatthebeach · 14/04/2020 21:56

Oh and ime stopping at 4 wasn't an option...
Wink

Keyperfect · 14/04/2020 21:58

Four is fab and I echo others who say it's the easiest transition. Our first three were pretty hard work but number 4 is the most mellow, maybe because we were more chilled out by then? Congratulations!! Its wonderful news!

Helpthisgirl · 14/04/2020 22:03

This makes me so happy!!! Thank you

Congratulations!

Four is the best number (I'm the youngest of four girls) Smile

crazymum03 · 15/04/2020 12:18

I'm following this as I'd love a fourth as soon as we move!
I'm the same and worry so much about judgement tho. I already feel judged by my family for having 3!!! But I bloody love the chaos of a big family. I'm actually loving lockdown with my littles unlike so many of my friends who have 1 or 2!
Xxx

Tsotofamily · 15/04/2020 14:10

Congratulations
Having 4 is great mine our 13, 11, 8 and 3.
Ignore everyone elses comments and who are they to say your house isnt big enough for anymore kids. My mum had the same opinion when i was having no.4 but we make do you soon learn how to adjust. As long as you, hubby and kods are happy thats all that matters

RandomMess · 15/04/2020 22:51

Actually my one warning is that costs really rocket once the hit the end of primary school. That was something I really didn't appreciate until they all got there.

Young children can be clothed cheaply, birthdays and Christmas inexpensive but that ends at secondary school.

Helpthisgirl · 16/04/2020 06:29

@RandomMess I understand that already, teenagers aren’t cheap lol
