Large gap between kids

HI - how do you entertain 4 kids with large age gap?
I have 2 boys (6 and 9) and my partner has boy (12) and G (14) from previous marriage.
for those with kids with similar age gaps how do you do things that meet everyone's needs?
If we do stuff that the younger ones enjoy the older ones are bored. the older girl seems especially left out because nobody else wants to go shopping etc

Things they can all enjoy, trampoline park, swimming, cinema, walks, castles, museums, mine are 15, 12, 10 and 1 we do all of the above together. If oldest wants to go shopping I'll generally take her with just the 1 year old
