So me and my ex have a court order in place! He's now broke the court order. My question is can I take my daughter and keep her And re-apply for court? Her dad does have residential! But not 100% rights! Its50/50! He's broke the court over with different things! And being awkward to promote contact! Please help! All I want to do is see my daughter! X

I would keep a log of the different things you say he has broken and the times you have made contact but he's been difficult with, then see about applying again for court. You said you both have 50/50 so I don't think it would look to good if you just took her and kepted her unless you have concerns for her welfare as I think that might go against you also.
I would speak to citizens advice or your lawyer and see if they have any more a dive for you

If the breaches are serious then you need to report to SS and keep her on their advice until court have made a decision.
If it's minor things contact needs to stay as it is until court orders otherwise.
If he's kept her into your contact time then you can file an emergency court hearing to get in enforced and her returned.
