Need some advice. Help!!!!!

My BD is a deadbeat and constantly tells me he wants nothing to do with his kids. He doesn't show interest, doesn't pay and is a nasty person.
I am fine with that be aide I've been doing it by myself for over 3 years but the problem is his mum wants to have them in her life but they live together.
Am I a bad person to stop letting my kids go round there?

Can you not meet up with her in a park /soft play?

Well not really we don't live close to each other and she use to have them every other weekend but cause her son refused to drop them back she has them the last weekend of the month

Have you contacted cms? Has he any plans to move out? Would you consider her a good dgm to have? Having support is a good thing if you think she is a positive asset to all your lives.

@Aprilshouldhavebeenmyname I contacted Cms and was threatened and verbally abuse. I am scared of what he might do so I stopped it.
I wouldn't consider her good or bad grandmother I just feel like the fact her son does nothing she could help more. She try's her best to support me but it all comes back to her son lives there and I just don't think it's fare that he doesn't do nothin But has the benefit of seeing them when she has them. He will not move out and he enjoy the benefits if not paying his way to lives. He need to grow up.
