Two lines?

So everyone, I am currently experiencing the symptoms of pregnancy that that I had with my first. I took a test this morning and the photo is what came up. Is it just me, or is that two lines?

I took another to be sure, but the line seems to have gone a lot lighter, almost so it isn't there! What should I do?

2nd rest lighter as it was done with urine from later in the day (hormone more diluted). It still looks +ve. Testing too often messes with your head. And isn’t necessary. Congratulations.

Thank you everyone! I'm definitely starting to feel it with feeling nauseous around the same time at night and a lot more tired during the day. Don't think already having a 6mo at home helps Grin
