How old are your 4dc buttons? Mine are 10, 9, 5 and 13 months

KeepCalmCarrieOn · 13/09/2017 12:51

Mine are 21, 18, 15, 9 and 6. We get along well and the elders help the youngers. I'd recommend it!

5 here! Aged from 18 to 2.5. Wouldnt change it for the world but it is expensive and v v busy!

Hello all ! Yes I've found it very expensive but find ways of being savvy ! Very few of our things are bought new and I drive an absolute bucket :p but we get there :D My children are 12,8,7 and 1 . I have one spare seat in car ... Haha !

We have 6 - aged 10, 9, 7, 4, 2 & 6 months. Love it! We both work full time (although I'm still on mat leave) so life is hectic, crazy & chaotic! Really wouldn't have it any other way...to the extent that I'm not entirely certain there isn't room for just one more?! Probably not though...better not push our luck as I'll be 40 very soon! 6 healthy, happy children - total blessing. Big families rock.

Just found out we're moving from 4 to five - after 5 yrs! getting my head round the idea slowly, thank you for all the happy stories and not telling us we're mad!

Buttonswiththread · 14/09/2017 21:56

Congratulations needmorehands! I hope u are looking after yourself :) how far along are you ? Euanthesheep I agree completely ! I worried a lot with no 4 but all was well thankfully . I just wonder what life will be like when they all hit the teenage years ! Scary thought ! I'll be the nervous wreck by the phone xxx

Buttons - im with you on the filling the last seat in the car but then i would probably end up having to get a bigger car as i always have extras with me Grin

MissAlabamaWhitman · 15/09/2017 21:22

Yes we have five, almost 12, 8, 5, 4 and 9.5 months.
It's very busy, my house is almost never pristine and yes, it's expensive although I am an expert at economising.

There has been no massive difference going from four to five.

Ginandtonic100 · 17/09/2017 12:12

We have five: 15 mo twins, 5, 7 and 9 (went for number 4 and ended up with twins). It's a busy house, but I love it! I've had to delay my return to work as one of the twins has bad food allergies, and my husband is amazingly hands on, so not sure how I'd cope with working too and/or without a helpful husband. Wouldn't change it for the world though.

flapjackfairy · 17/09/2017 12:16

My five are 27, 25, 17 then 11 and 3 . I love having a big family and would love another one!

Minifootballteam · 17/09/2017 22:21

Winteriscomingneedmorewood · 18/09/2017 10:48
