We had a Mercedes Viano, which we loved and miss! Then decided to downsize to an xc90. It's not really working out and we are going to get another 8 seater so I thought I'd ask other big families for their recommendations. We did test drive several when we bought the viano but maybe we were being a bit picky ?!
Dh has been checking out lots of vehicles but I'm not sure I agree with his choice Wink

We're currently looking for a new car and have seen the Mercedes Vclass however this seems very expensive at 50k so we may settle for a Hyundai I800

I love my Viano. I plan on upgrading to the vclass when we can afford it. the Viano is very pricey compared to the Hyundai i800 but I just didn't like it when we test drove one so I thought the Mercedes was worth the extra cost. I know someone with a VW caravelle and they are happy with it so that may be another option (although I always think that it looks the most like the A-Team van!)

We love our Peugeot expert tepee :) Good size boot even with all the seats in, can only take the end seat of a row out to make it easier to get into teh back row, but at least they each have a full seat not a narrow one in teh middle of a bench seat

We have a vw transporter and love it. Loads of room 👍😁

Ford Tourneo, 8 seater not 9 seater so you can access the rear seats. New shape. It's more flexible than the i800 as the seats are in 2 rows of 2 +1 and you can take out or fold over or up all independently. The boot is huge, it's way bigger than a transporter and you can get a higher spec more cheaply than a VW. We've got 2 sliding doors - some only have 1 which I could not get on with.
